“When we checked into the room. Around 8-9 pm. A native lady followed us from the lobby. After we swiped our card. She suddenly told us this was her room. We asked her to swipe the card and enter the suite. She could not enter. So I instructed my wife and baby to head back to the front desk. The front desk proceeded to give her a free room. We received a less room. Not a two room, with separate beds.”

“La habitación excelente elvtrato del personal muy rudo,las instalaciones muy buenas ”

“kein Frühstück, Check in: war um 12Uhr dort, mir wurde versichert dass ab 15Uhr das Zimmer frei ist, war es natürlich nicht, Dame fragte Ben Putzpersonal nach, gab mir jedoch nie eine Antwort und ist dann verschwunden (Feierabend), Kollegen wussten natürlich nicht Bescheid, erst nach 16Uhr hatte ich das Zimmer. Erste Nacht müsste Security in mein Stockwerk kommen bzw. hoffe ich das es so war. Sehr laut ! Leuten ist alles egal. Nie wieder !”
