Front desk staff were friendly and helpful!!! Air in hallway and in our room was anything but fresh, smelled stale. Room was clean. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Rooms could use an upgrade - peeling paint etc Nice buffet in the adjoining restaurant but should have been complimentary.

MD and all staff we spoke to at the Best Western was extremely helpful, hospital and made our stay there exceptional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. While the immediate area is not the best for walking, hotel is a short walk from a Super Store for groceries, Tim Hortons for coffee and there is child friendly amenities nearby such as the Flying Squirrel, Airplane Museum and an indoor playground. Overall we had a great experience
