Sticky floor. No bathroom vanity. Cold shower. LOUD - right beside I90 and constant noise, no sleep. Even requested a room away from it before our stay and received a snarky comment at check in when I asked about it. Definitely not staying there again. Super 8 is more luxurious than this hotel and cheaper!!!

Loved everything about this stay except when we extended our stay through Expedia we got a call just before midnight to get a credit card number for the damage deposit. It woke us and couldn’t wait until morning because it had been flagged on the daily report.

Check in was odd. Note said “back in 5 minutes” after about a 10 minute wait a woman came and asked how we could be helped, I said checking in. She says okay. Last name and credit card. No other words were spoken aside from “here is your key” and she walked away from the counter. There are signs all over the halls saying construction bare with us, but there is not a construction worker in site. They removed the carpet from the rooms, and the furniture didn’t fit the space so it was very loud and echoey, you could hear everything from neighbouring rooms. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The halls are dirty with markings all over them. Our room keys quit working so we had to have them re-done a couple times despite only staying 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping which is one of two good things. The other good thing being the wait staff in the restaurant. They were stupendous. Very attentive and friendly. I would eat at the restaurant again, but I would not stay at this property. I would not recommend staying either, especially as it was quite costly.

Did not like that there seemed to be a problem with the hot water. It took 5-10 minutes for the water to warm up in the shower to allow for one to have a shower. The water in the sink had a similar problem. Also no pamphlet in the room on which channels were which on the TV and on how to access the channel listings on the TV. Would also like in-room notice of restaurant hours and the buffet options.

Outdated, dingy looking hallways, stained carpets, smells like stale cigarettes smoke. Found a stain ok one of the towels in the bathroom as well as something on the toilet flush handle. Things like this make you wonder what other corners are cut. Best to avoid this property. Pay an extra 60 or 70 bucks for a nice hotel.

Everything was great. Staff was good. They accommodated myself and my son we had two rooms. They put us beside each other. The pool in the waterslide area exceptionally clean lots of towels and the bonuses is it was just us. I would definitely come again . The only thing if I had to say negative is that there’s no continental breakfast other than that great day kids had the best time and we will definitely come back. Thank you very much.
