We went there for my kiddo’s birthday, The pool was great, they had a great time, the hot tub jets were not working, and I would say that the hotel could use some updating as far as just fixing things. Nothing in the gym worked, there was rarely towels in the pool area, some staining on the comforter Pretty basic. A great price on Expedia!

Unfortunately, this hotel is showing its age. Leaking roofs in foyer, carpeting that needs replacing, overall a refresh is needed. The buffet and restaurant are very good and served with a smile from friendly helpful staff. The same can be said about the desk staff. Pool area was kept clean and tidy as well. Staff did their best to maintain an older hotel.

Staff was nice and helpful. The front desk, banquet and restaurant staff were peronable and doing their best. The rooms were a small step up from camping. Paper thin walls, beat up furniture, noise at all hours. Not a very comfortable experience unfortunately.

The hotel was clean, staff were kind, accommodating, and answered questions wonderfully. The hotel is next to a liquor store that got some questionable attention with a couple incidents the evening we were there that we saw through windows. Overall the location was safe as well and we’d stay again!

Room is very cleaned. Location is good. Great security staff. Saw them avoiding unnecessary people entering the hotel rooms with 24/7 monitoring the hotel. The only draw back was they were busy on the day of check in and when I got there and hour early and was told that I can't check in early and my room will be ready at 4pm. When I returned at 4 but the room was not ready and had to wait another 20 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The pool is shallow ( 1 metre), but perfect for my 6 year old to swim freely and safely while I sit and enjoy the hot tub. The water slide was a wonderful extra! I just wish the whirlpool jets were working. Everything was great tho! Restaurants were wonderful and delicious food. Staff was happy and wonderful and helpful. Would definitely go again.

The staff were very accommodating. There was a mix-up with my reservation through Expedia. The staff were unable to find my reservation even though I had a receipt and confirmation. They asked me to wait while they looked into it further. I was then told they would upgrade my room to a suite. The suite was wonderful, clean and very spacious. I really appreciated their prompt response and the willingness to provide me a room. I was very impressed with their courteous professionalism and great customer service. I would recommend the hotel to others travelling to Winnipeg.
