We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The pool is shallow ( 1 metre), but perfect for my 6 year old to swim freely and safely while I sit and enjoy the hot tub. The water slide was a wonderful extra! I just wish the whirlpool jets were working. Everything was great tho! Restaurants were wonderful and delicious food. Staff was happy and wonderful and helpful. Would definitely go again.

The hotel was clean, staff were kind, accommodating, and answered questions wonderfully. The hotel is next to a liquor store that got some questionable attention with a couple incidents the evening we were there that we saw through windows. Overall the location was safe as well and we’d stay again!

When we first arrived, we noticed a number of rough looking characters in the parking lot and lobby area. The hotel is not in the nicest part of town. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was fun for the kids with the water slide, but it is really just a kids pool, not very inviting for adults as it is all very shallow. The on-site restaurants were both convenient and tasty. The room was simple and lacked power outlets for plugging in devices, but it was clean and when the sink didn’t drain someone came to fix it quickly.
