“The best the hotel has is the location! 2 blocks from Oxford street and walkable all around. We status 5 nights and wifi never worked! They keep on saying it should be fixed but didnt herped us at all although we told them we really need it. The room was really small (which we saw on pictures) but it was not confortable. No Where to hang anything not even the towel in the toilet. ”

“La habitacion es pequeña, en la foto aparece como más grande. Los implementos de cocina, mínimos (2vasos,2 tenedores, 2 tazas etc) no hay sacacorchos etc 1repasador no es suficiente para vivir . Las placas de cocina , el calentador de toallas, no funcionaban, no hay instrucciones , la TV cable mala . Enviamos mail a la administración preguntando cómo funciona la placa de cocina, donde se tira la basura, nunca contestaron La zona regular, metro a pasos del apto muy comodo, comercios bien cerca...

“DON'T CHOSE IT IF YOU'RE PLANNING A BUSSINESS TRIP. They didn't give me any kind of receipt, bill or invoice during the check out, and when I told them that I need it in order to get a reimbursement from my company, they told me that they would send it to me via e-mail... I'm still waiting and I really need it, but they don't even answer to my mails!! In addition the water in the shower was extremely hot and I couldn't regulate it. I was kind of happy when I arrived because it is a nice place...

“Terrible communication with the host. We got to the place at 6PM when check in was at 4 and it was not cleaned at all, beds were unmade, trash everywhere, bathrooms were dirty, kitchen counters were sticky towels were everywhere, wifi didn't work. Host made sure I checked in multiple times and made sure I would abided by the house rules and still failed to have the place prepared in time. My friends and I had to book a different hotel the day off so prices were really high for the amount of days...

“This property was in a good location with many good restaurants close by. Piccadilly Circus was an easy walk as well. The elevator is very small so getting all our bags to the penthouse was quite difficult. I would not rent this place if you have any knee issues. The pictures were definitely retouched to not show some of the wear and tear on the apartment. The automatic lights were tough because I use the restroom at night and all the lights come on every time you move around. The one bedroom...

“All the dishes were dirty. Flooring was messed up and I stepped on nails. No hand towels. The stairs were atrocious to get up and down. This place wasn’t safe. It was run down. Dirty. Shower smelled of poop. Not a chance would I ever stay in this dump of a hole for the price. The owner clearly doesn’t care about their property.”
