A good option when you are on a budget . Rooms are clean and comfortable but very basic - no tv , no tea or coffee facilities . Basically just a bed and a bathroom Corridor carpets were filthy but room was clean Well located in the west end so walkable Staff very friendly and helpful

The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and on a 33 degree day in London, the air con was wonderful. You can hear the underground a bit, but not enough to prevent a good nights sleep!

Service there was good and very nice. Only bad thing was if you use the bathroom to the sink it will make a sound after you use it and floor wasn’t so clean, your socks will get very dirty so buy par of shoes. But overall very good place to stay.

I stayed in a basic room for one night and that's enough for this type of room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The hotel was quiet but you can hear the rumble of the underground trains. The only thing that disappointed me was the hotel charges £15 to look after your bags which I just cannot get my head around.

The room was clean and compact. Air conditioning was fabulous as the outside temperature was 33 degrees. The ongoing noise from the pipes after using the tap, shower or toilet was rather disconcerting.

The underground hotel was great. The shower was powerful and the bed comfortable. For a short stay it doesn't matter that there are no windows. The only sounds are a slight rumble of tube trains and the airco.

The hotel was nice and clean . We just needed a place to sleep so underground didn’t bother me . The only issue was the aircon . It was a very hot day outside and despite having the aircon on full the room temp didn’t drop below 22 overnight . I didn’t want it cold but it was a a tad too warm . Staff really friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning wasn’t working too well and we had found silverfish, which wasn’t very pleasant especially considering the price I had paid just for one night one would probably expect better. there’s no fridge in room. the air conditioning sucks. some rooms smell like sewers. the staff lied about having no rooms available when there were tons on their website. manager was able to move us from a sweltering sewer smelling room into a less sweltering but still hot room that smelled less like a sewer. location is excellent though but there’s a bunch of other hotels in area that would be more amenities friendly. the concept is sleep pod types of rooms, complete silence and darkness. all true but the beds are on the floor and the bedsheets don’t stay on. there are no closets or dressers. if you’re into hostel like stays this may work for you. if you’re into survivor type living, this will work for you. but as a regular traveler coming from abroad, i just wanted a cool room during a london heatwave and a bed i could get up from without dislocating a hip (they’re on the floor…)
