The room was nice however there was some problems we found. The air conditioning wasn’t working too well and we had found silverfish, which wasn’t very pleasant especially considering the price I had paid just for one night one would probably expect better. But over all it was clean and inhabitable.

The underground hotel was great. The shower was powerful and the bed comfortable. For a short stay it doesn't matter that there are no windows. The only sounds are a slight rumble of tube trains and the airco.

No coffee/ tea available , the staff were kind but very restricted and unable to assist customers. No TVs no cupboards or shelves. No where to put your belongings, the shower spilled in to where the beds were located, no phones and no cell service in case of medical emergency. The suggestions were main positives was it was clean and in a great location!!!!! Could utilize the wall space with shelving.

Lovely staff that were present at all times. The room itself was nice however, the aircon was intermittent due to the size of the room, this meant it got hot quickly as it turned off. It did cool down quickly though. The shower was great, it’s worth bearing in mind that you don’t have much privacy from other guests in the bathroom. So make sure you are comfortable with who you stay with in that regard. There are toilets in the lobby that would suit the most shy pooper though.
