“Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely small and located in the basement near the pool, which made it quite noisy throughout the stay. The service was also poor, and overall the experience did not meet my expectations. Considering the amount I paid, I expected much better value, comfort, and customer service. I hope the hotel takes guest feedback seriously and works on improving both the quality of the rooms and the overall guest experience for future travelers.”

“It was a beautiful hotel and the staff were super friendly and helpful. He room we were booked in was unavailable so they upgraded us to a better room. I highly recommend staying here.”

“Everything was great. The only issue that we had was that we were locked out of our room at 12:30 AM because the key stopped working and there was no staff at the front desk for about 20 minutes.”
