Had a last minute stay here. We book with the concierge stay. It was a lovely addition with the snacks and wine. The staff were really kind and pleasant. Hotel is just outdated and sound travels throughout the floor. Otherwise we have a great stay.

The room was clean, but a bit dated, and the lighting was too dim for our liking. However, the room had a great view of the river, and downtown Edmonton is within easy walking distance. The staff was always friendly and very helpful, answering our questions quickly and competently. Parking is very convenient, right underneath the hotel.
