“The check in was super easy and the staff was courteous. My husband and I double checked the room we were given - it was clean, bug free, no strange smells, A/C worked really well, and the bathroom faucets had good water pressure. My only complaints: some of the tv channels did not work and the tv had delays picking up tv remote inputs. However, those things were very minor inconveniences and did not have an impact on our stay. Otherwise, the hotel was really nice and met expectations.”

“Pagué por una habitación “Deluxe”la que incluía desayuno gratis para 4 personas y me dieron una standar, la peor vergüenza fue que ahí delante de todos los huéspedes nos estuvieran diciendo que teníamos que pagar y si no que sólo era para 2 adultos y 2 niños así que mis jóvenes desyuraron una comida de niño pequeño. Lástima de Hotel eso sí muy limpio pero pienso que no por el hecho de vernos latinos nos trataran de esa manera. Con DESCRIMINACION cuando nosotros pagamos nuestra estancia. ”
