The staff were great! The room was clean and everything in the room was placed neatly. It was raining so the entrance to the casino from the hotel was a HUGE bonus! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have to leave for ANYTHING! The sandbar grill and cafe were wonderful for dinner and breakfast. The food is very good!

Pros: -Good river view -balcony (with view of river) Cons: 1- water dozed out btw bathroom floor boards. 2- no coffee or tea in room 3- thin walls...think Shogi thin! Had to call desk at 3am to have room next door turn down their TV. You can even hear a zipper on luggage being unzipped. 4- lack of towels in room 5- room cleaning is by request only but booking website claims it is "Daily" PS- results of a 5 night stay.
