“En el viaje a Inglaterra hicimos dos noches en este hotel. Para la segunda noche no arreglaron la habitación y dormimos en la cama deshecha de la noche anterior. El baño era pequeño y sin sitio donde dejar las toallas. Es un sitio muy agradable.”

“We call the hotel to let them know that we were in our way and that we were going to arrive 8:30. At 8:10 they didn´t bother to answear the phone. Avoid this hotel if your are looking for flexibility and good service.”

“PERFECTION IS HERE What a pleasant and beautiful location and place From the room to the food everything is so grande, yet at an affordable amount for all I am so impressed, even though I live up north near Leeds and am getting married early next year, I can truly say I when found my location for my queen Cannot appraise enough Staff are what make it and sorry have not mentioned yourselves but from the reception to the bar to the chef all great and excellent service and professionalism ❤️💯🫡 ”

“The room was very comfortable and clean. And the staff very helpful. We were travelling and had to get up early so missed out on the breakfast. We did not take advantage of the spa facilities so cant comment on this. If we are in the area again we would stay here again. The only down side is there is not a restaurant onsite, we were given a list of places which was very helpful, the pub we chose was only 6 mins down the road in the car and was very welcoming and the food good.”

“The room was very clean. The building itself is very old but is kept in a very clean condition. The staff were friendly, attentive nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good as there was so many gluten free options to choose from and it was cooked to perfection. Parking was at the back of the hotel and felt safe at all times. This is an Ideal location for visiting the town with so much choice of places to eat. ”

“El segundo día de nuestra estancia, cuando volvimos al hotel nos encontramos con que el equipaje de otros huéspedes estaba en nuestra habitación. No hicieron cambiar de habitación y la compensación por las molestias, que ellos mismos ofrecieron, quedaron en nada. Nunca nos han tratado tan mal en ningún otro hotel”

“We went with our children, who are 5 and 2. The family room we stayed at was big and spacious, so was the bathroom. All beds were comfortable, and they even had a cot ready for our 2yo. The children had a blast playing at the large play area while seeing the goats and alpacas. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The only downside was that, even though they have wifi, we had no signal in our room, so we could only go online (wifi or otherwise) at the restaurant and common areas.”

“Nice room in a pleasant courtyard. Clean throughout and a very comfortable bed. Reasonable price and quick, no fuss chek in and out by friendly staff ”

“Shower was hot and great pressure. Bed was comfortable but pillows basic. £6 for parking. All staff kerbed were great. ”
