Showed up and accessed my room to only find housekeeping staying in what was suppose to be my room. Wine, used towels, bed unmade. Thought it was a double booked room then found out it was the maid staying in the room that was booked to me. Very unprofessional”

“I have booked over a hundred stays just on this app and never had such a poor experience. Be aware they will lie and try to charge you twice, add on additional fees and finally try and charge even more additional fees on their end. While the facility itself is okay, the host is a nightmare ”

“It’s was very windy two days I stayed, the property had many wiindows without proper size curators cover. One of the bedrooms window had the metal cover from outside to protect the window was not properly tied down which was shaking all day and night against the wall that made so much noise. It said the place had the pool but it was not a pool but a tub and was not worry. ”
