“O hotel fica a 4km do centro, mas compensa tudo pelo atendimento, conforto e piscina. Motoraxi é rápido e barato. A gerente Zoe cuida de tudo de perto e à distancia. Todo o pessoal é confiável e bacana. Liz, front desk, Minh, Hoan, Ngo, Huy. Parabéns a todos.”

“Overall, it was an okay experience. But we left the apartment with the AC turn on and when we came back it was turn off, when we said that we didn't want cleaning service that day. Also we book a bus with them to halong and we left more than one hour after the stablished hour, so I won't recommend booking additional services with them if you are in a rush.”

“湖がよく見える部屋でした。ホテルも清潔で、スタッフの方々も皆さん親切に対応してくれました。朝食は眺めの良い屋上でも食べることができ、メニューは少ないながらも味はどれも絶品でした。観光客が少ない地区ですが、歩いてすぐに市場やチェーン店の飲食店もたくさんあり便利でした。ホテルの目の前の湖を歩きながら散歩らカフェで美味しいコーヒーも飲めます。次回は家族で利用したいと思います。”
