“Friendly reception and service. Room was non-smoking but one could notice it had been smoking before, every time at entering the room. Comfortable bed. It's clear the bathroom had been renovated, but why wasn't at least one hook installed to hang towel and/or clothes? Very frustrating, moreover as the (gliding) door wasn't of any help here either.”

“Me he alojado en otras ocasiones y estoy muy contento con el servicio de este Hotel, he solicitado el reembolso de la reserva ya que no he podido viajar debido a la crisis del Coronavirus, devolviendo el importe total y sin poner ningún problema, respondiendo a mi solicitud de forma inmediata desde la recepción del Hotel. No estoy muy conforme con las reservas que hice en otros Hoteles y que Hoteles.com no ha hecho nada para que me las reembolsaran debido a que no he podido viajar a Tailandia...
