The air conditioning is awesome, Beds are really comfortable in the club rooms. Staff were all very polite. Rooms and corridors were spotless. The only fault we found as seemed to be the case with other guests is the bar is closed way too early for residents of the hotel. We found this very strange and were really let down when we came back to the hotel early for a night cap 1t 11:00pm only to find it was closed.

Room was the smallest I’ve ever seen. No wardrobe, Toilet demarcated by a glass right next to the bed so really no privacy if you’re more than one but I was told it’s standard for the area. Breakfast was good, staffs were nice. Also a good area.

We loved this hotel. Really modern, gym and pool were really good and well kitted out. The roomm, albeit a bit small, was really comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. We would definitely stay in a village hotel again. Only issue we had was the coffee machine had mould in the bottom of the water tank which was really not acceptable. But they have advised this has now been sorted.

Loved our stay here! Friendly staff, daily gym access, Starbucks in the lobby, a wonderful walking path behind the hotel we could take to the Street Bakery to the east, and easy walking access to a huge Waitrose, the train station, and The Malls for shopping and loads of restaurants! We also loved Eastrop Park:)

Great hotel with lots of amenities, well stocked bar, and great breakfast buffet. The only downside was the room was quite compact, and we stayed 2 nights and didn’t get fresh towels etc during our stay.

Stayed 12th-14th june. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean etc. Only one downfall .... I booked a room and they charged me to park in the carpark 😂 , but when you go outside and look at the signs. It says free from Friday to Sunday. But otherwise excellent. I cannot fault the place. It was modern, clean, lively . Very happy and would stay again
