We stayed one night in a twin room, we were lucky enough to have private use of pool. Easy walk around the corner to a pub for a nice dinner. Room was comfortable and clean breakfast very nice.

Breakfast was absolutely lovely and we really enjoyed it. Having the evening meal as part of the package was great too — the food was very good, and we’d definitely try the steak again. The staff were so friendly, the grounds were lovely, and our hotel room was very clean. We’d definitely recommend visiting again💚

Decent enough place without being stand out. Suitable for us as a base for visiting the Cotswolds, though would probably wanted to have been a bit nearer to Bourton-on-the-water in hindsight. Rooms quite small, but staff in the restaurant were really nice - they struck me as somewhat inexperienced, but always wanting to help you if needed.

A good quality hotel with spa facilities at an affordable price. Excellent breakfast in relaxing surroundings. The interior of the hotel is well appointed- the outside if the Garden Wing would benefit from sourcing up.

What a stunning place to stay. Majority of the staff encountered were pleasant friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and surrounding spa area was clean, however the changing rooms were rather small and cramped. Beautiful well maintained grounds

Room was clean and fresh, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. That was fine considering a heatwave which affected draught ales. Service was good, plenty of ice to cool the drinks. Restaurant service from the youngsters was excellent as was the food.

Lovely place set in beautiful surroundings. Room very clean but very warm and no air conditioning in any of the rooms. Fan provided and could only open the windows a little bit. Breakfast was great with a large variety of foods to choose from

Really enjoyable one-night stay. The hotel did everything well. From the efficiency and friendliness of the staff at reception; nicely decorated and comfortable rooms; a tasty dinner in a nice environment; and a very good buffet breakfast. They really didn’t put a foot wrong. The room was a little warm, but we are in the middle of a heatwave. And although the room didn’t have air conditioning they helped out by putting a fan in the room.

The stay was very good but the weather was hot and there was no air conditioning. Also we were in the garden wing which was quite a shock when we first saw it as it looked like a 1960's car park and totally out of keeping with the main building and photos online. However the rooms were fine although extremely hot. Food and service was excellent and leisure facilities were good.

Had a really nice stay. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel and grounds were excellent. The Italian garden was looking a bit 'tired' though, but still a nice area. Swimming pool was excellent but the showers in the changing rooms need attention. Our rooms were allocated in the 'Garden Rooms' block which was fine. Nice and spacious. There are plenty of inside areas to sit and relax. Especially the library. The choice of food at breakfast was good but it could have been hotter. If they had a plate warmer that would help I think. The bar food menu was excellent and well cooked. Overall it was a lovely and relaxing hotel. We will definitely be going back at some point.
