“The bedsheets were dirty and stained, it was like this in both rooms we used. Pipes burst when trying to do dishes. Paintwork was terrible and rooms looked like there weren’t looked after very well. Rooms don’t look like the pictures!”

“The bed was comfortable. We asked for a kitchette so we could cook, but was none there. Freezer part of fridge wasn't freezing. The pipe under the hand basin in the bathroom leaked. I had to wash dishes in the hand basin. Traffic was loud. Not value for money at all Very disappointing.”

“It took us one night to adjust to the noise from the highway nearby. Apart from that nice and peaceful. Room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, would have been appreciated if it was done each day. No information on the rules and where things are. Some non-applicable rules were on the door encouraging us to ignore everything else including wi-fi. Detergent could have been provided for washing dishes.. Not required if the room is serviced on weekends.”

“Floor covering was loose carpet squares. Furniture was falling apart. Mattress was extremely hard. Stairs to bathroom was stupid”
