“The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“This is not a 5 star hotel, it does not have any hotel service but a person in front desk. Nothing else, not a restaurant, not even a store to buy a bottle of water.
The bathrooms are ugly with a tiny wash basin.

“The apartment was very clean and tidy. The Reception staff were polite, positive and extremely helpful. The parking was always available and safe. The appartments are close to and provide great access to the Wesley Hospital.”
