“Hands down the best place to stay in Cocoa Beach! This is an absolute gem! Our expectations were blown out of the water. My boyfriend and I booked the smallest unit, but it was MUCH larger than it looked in the photos! It was a lovely setup with a cozy livingroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, master bath, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, and every piece of kitchenware you could ever need. “Condo was clean and spacious. It was very easy to get to beach and wasn’t a far walk. Was great for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again if in the area.”

“I liked the location, close to restaurants , the pier and Publix grocery store. It was great for us as we did not rent a car. What I didn’t like is that the building on the outside was older, the parking lot was taped around, building was not the best. I didn’t sleep the best because I felt people could see inside the bedroom as the blinds had a gap on the side (room was on the first floor).”
