The one bedroom villas were really large, and very comfortable, even the sofa bed. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living area was bug enough for the family to relax. The outdoor area, just outside the villa was beautiful, with lots of areas to relax in the garden. The beach access was convenient too. And the staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly, which made our stay even better.

This place is magical and you’d be a fool not to stay here!!! Book the I dram of Jeannie suite!! They provide everything you need! Kitchen utensils to cook. Griming tools to grill, towels, umbrellas! There is private beach access and hammocks all over the premises. Also yoga mats and beautiful art all over the property. You can’t find a better place in cocoa

Clean apartment with Kitsch "I dream of Jeannie" themed decor. Great location right on the beach. A door between the bedroom and living area would have been a bonus. The room safe was out of order when we visited.

Enjoyed our stay here with daughter and grandsons. Although older and needing some loving care in a few areas this is an eclectic place with many unique features. Right on the beach and we got a good view of the Artimus II launch. Our 2 bedroom guest house worked out perfectly.

Such a quaint little beach spot amongst all the hotels and condos. The staff was warm and friendly. We loved being right on the water and loved the eclectic tropical island vibe of the place. We will definitely return.

Beach Guest house was perfect for our group. Having separate 2 bedrooms in our unit was exactly what we were looking for. We were a party of five, so we had two units. The kitchen was great. However we didn’t use it as we just stayed one night. Perfect if you plan to stay longer. The check in process was very easy and the staff is very helpful,friendly. We spent the day at Kennedy Space center. This is a great location if you are spending time in that area. There is also several great restaurants in the area for both breakfast and dinner. We will definitely stay again when traveling in the area.

The outside of this place is amazing. There is no pool but that’s ok because the big pool is just steps away. They have plenty of chairs and books that you can borrow. There are a few negatives that we made management aware of.
