“Buen hotel, muy limpio, las habitaciones muy pequeñas, pero el servicio de lo mejor, los chicos de recepción excelentes, el entorno, no es el mejor, pero a un par de cuadras está una de las mejores zonas, en general muy recomendable, lo único que creo que pueden mejorar es el desayuno ”

“If only some renovation can be done. Some parts of the apartment needs it. One of the socket point is out of order. Sad that the towels was not dried by the time we checked in. Though they had washing machine. It rained. Waiting area and lift was pretty warm. Rm view was ok. Cannot complaint too much for the gd location n price. But host was prompt to reply message. Maybe pls service the aircon regularly. It was leaking water when we were there. ”

“Ventajas del hotel: Esta bien ubicado. Muy cerca de la zona central de la ciudad. Cerca de restaurantes, bares. Todo a distancia caminando. Esta igual forma cerca de las Petrona y torre KL. La relacion costo/beneficio del hotel esta balanceado. El hotel es bastante basico en instalaciones y comodidades.El bano es incomodo, la ducha y sanitario es lo mismo. La ducha es un calentador y se moja todo el sanitario completo. Con el A/C se seca rapido pero es incomodo para usos posteriores a la ducha....

“I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! ”

“Great location (street foods or shopping centers) as well as for public transportation. Confortable and quiet rooms. A lot of choice at breakfast, quality could be improved lightly if you light traditionnal north american breakfast. It was not a big problem but some staff need more training (eggs not cooked enough, towels or tissue missing after the room was cleaned etc.). I would go back again.”

“its second time mu stay in this year. I was able to spend a comfortable time here again. It's very comfortable for the price and I'm glad they have a washing machine. it's my favorite residence at KL”

“Las sábanas parecían sucias y en la cama tenia ácaros y/o pulgas. La habitación es extremadamente pequeña y no te dan toallas! La verdad me decepcionó! ”

“Stayed for two nights. The area around here is very lively. The room is clean. Unfortunately, there are no windows. The worst thing is that there were renovation and drilling noises around 9:00 am on both days. It was too noisy and I couldn't sleep.”
