Location is great if you want to enjoy downtown life. Traffic is horrible in evening so getting in and out will be a challenge. Washrooms in property are clogged. Shower can become nightmare. Rooms are nice but not spacious. Quiet.

Clean and quite spacious room. The pool on the rooftop was amazing!!! Staff was welcoming and always courteous. Moreover, the location of the hotel was the best, near restaurants, malls and street foods and also walkable (20 min) to Petronas Tower as well as KL Tower. I highly recommand this hotel!

A coffee shop or restaurant in the premise should be useful. Maybe a fridge in the room? The shower is sweet! The gym not so much. Great location. The staff is fantastic ! Keep them at all costs.

I recently stayed at MOV Hotel in Malaysia and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I especially appreciated the clean common areas and relaxing environment. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, making the entire experience hassle-free. While there is always room for small improvements, my overall stay was very positive. I also got bitten by something during my stay, and I really hope it wasn’t bed bugs. I wouldn’t stay there again.
