Ideal location and excellent service by all staff members. Special mention to the morning breakfast spread which included western breakfast and also had lunch items like chicken Kung Pao and fried rice, noodles or paratha. I could not have asked for a better stay.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms in a very convenient city-centre location, with many popular attractions within walking distance. Its location right in the middle of the famous Jalan Alor street-food area is a major advantage if you want to experience the local food scene. However, the location also comes with a few drawbacks. From around 6 PM to 3 AM, access for taxis and ride-hailing cars to the hotel lobby is very limited because of the busy street market. We often had to walk around 100 metres with our luggage to meet our cab. There was also a strong durian smell throughout the hotel at times, which was understandably due to the surrounding street market. Cleanliness could also have been a little better. That said, considering the price point, I felt the hotel offered good value for money. We spent most of our time outside exploring the city, so the location was far more important to us than having luxury hotel facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful and cooperative, which made the stay pleasant. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for travellers looking for a reasonably priced, centrally located property. Just keep in mind that this is more of a 3-star property rather than a 5-star hotel, so expectations should be set accordingly.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Being in the heart of Bukit Bintang is a huge plus since everything is close by. However, don't be fooled by how they portray it on Expedia. The photos make it look much better and more modern than it actually is. The reality is very different from what is shown on the site. I would only recommend it if location is your only priority.

PROS: - location is good. Right in the heart of the night market. And within seven minute walking distance to pavilion shopping center, and Bukit Bintang. - Self serve filtered drinking water. CONS: - property is dated not well maintained. The lifts are old and dark. Laundry area and the machine not cleaned. - all pillows provided are too high. I ended up with a stiff neck every morning. And the hotel don’t provide alternative pillow options. - overall, the staffs are friendly, but not the manager on duty. He was not helpful and tend to raise his voice every time he talks. Recommendation.: it is OK Choice if you only want to stay for a couple of nights. For the same money, you have better choice in the same neighborhood.

The hotel is in a busy area in KL, full of restaurants and shops. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast could have more options of fruit and bread. The attendance is polite and efficient.

Don't let the exterior of the building and common areas fool you. The room is as good as any North American average hotel room. Parking can be a pain due to the location right off the busiest park of Jalan Alor. For the convenient location, the clean and maintained room, and the friendly staff, this hotel is a great value.

A Lor is an excellent location with lots of eating options. Staff are very friendly, room was very clean. The only down turn was, there’s no tooth brush and body lotion provided as the hotel advertise “free toiletries”, we needed to call the housekeeping and we only got it once on the first day that we requested it, provided we stayed there for 3 days.
