“Very noisy hotel. Surrounded by the motorway and a road and with a horrible acoustics isolation. The wifi does not work properly. On the positive side, the staff is very professional and nice and the breakfast is very complete. ”

“The hotel is extremely well situated right on the front and close to the pier. It is currently undergoing some much-needed maintenance, leading to some unwelcome building noise and obstructions. There were a number of issues with our room, including a shower which would not drain properly, and dodgy wifi, leading also to problems with the TV. “We did stay during heatwave but bedroom was too hot to sleep in although fans were provided. Ice was not available after bar closed to cool down drinks/water. Staff very friendly and in excellent location”

“昨年コルチェスターに来た時に立地が良いのと伝統あるホテルらしいので、その時から今年はこちらにお世話になろうと決めていました。 古い建物なのでエレベーターやエアコンがないのは不便でしたが、朝食や朝食の場所の素晴らしさに感動しました。来年は来れるかわかりませんが機会があればまた利用したいと思います。チェックイン、チェックアウト時に重いカバンを運んでくださって感謝しています。ありがとうございました。”
