“The ground floor room was fine, with easy access to the parking area. The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We would have liked a small fridge and a second opening window as the weather was exceedingly hot, but we appreciated the air conditioning. “Reception was an easy check in, no lift to second floor, no help with suitcase. Room was spacious and had everything I needed fan iron tea making things (no dcaff options). Breakfast was basic again no dcaff options (i did ask for dcaff t bags and was told on order) they never appeared, gluten free options very basic no GF bread, the sausage were not nice, menu choices for dinner again very poor I had chips because only option, all staff were lovely. I was at the bar one night ordering...

“Spa and pool were excellent used both . No air conditioning in our Deluxe room and the Dyson fan just didn’t help much at all . Shame really . Breakfast was good one day and not quite so good the next day ( different chefs they said ) . All staff at the 3 properties were really helpful especially the chauffeuse .”

“Great as always… Lovely staff, easy parking and check in. Restaurants within walking area but their restaurant/bar is perfect… 30second walk from the hotel. Quiet and safe as you have to tap the card twice at the front and then room. I really like this hotel and will be staying many more times over the summer. Thank you”
