Vacations Close To 30th Avenue

The shower was a little strange, but it did spit out hot water, so it still gets full marks.

Unfortunately, the elevators did not work during our stay. Out of five elevators only two worked. The breakfast buffet was very good, well staffed and had a lot of variety.

There were issues with the elevators. Every time they stopped on our floor they were completely full. After waiting for 20 minutes we finally took the elevator going up just so we can go down.

Amazing stay! The rooftop has magical views of the city. The staff is great, very welcoming and asked us where we were from and if it’s our first time visiting NYC. The room was excellent with great cable tv and clean towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. Completely satisfied with our stay here , definitely will be coming back!

Fantastic location. Very helpful staff. We had a mobility scooter with us, and staff were great at helping us with the other door( not main one as it had a few steps). Great place to store scooter. We had an ADA accessible room and bathroom, both were a good size, with plenty of handrails and supports. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again.

When I arrived to the hotel my room was not ready. I didn’t understand why wasn’t it ready because I arrive around 5pm and check in is at 3pm. The front desk was nice enough to give us a complementary drinks at the bar for waiting. I also ask for a charcuterie board for a request upon my arrival and did not receive that. Overall really nice location for where I needed to be New York.

If they change their carpets, the hotel is in a good location and may have more travelers booking there.
