“Excellent friendly pub and adjacent hotel. Two little issues could make it a lot better. Box of tissues in the bathroom and grab handle on the wall above the bath/shower as the bath is quite slippery in spite of its no slip surface.”

“The hotel is not called Las Palmas, the name on the front is Palm Beach, which is very confusing. The parking (that you pay £10 for) is a bit of a joke as there is only about 5 spaces for at least 36 rooms and I had to park on the grass. They did say there was other parking near by if there is no space. Our room was very warm with no fan/air conditioning and the window did not stay open. There was also a blind missing so was very bright in the morning. Our shower had one...

“Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it.”
