“Las toallas y cobijas olían muy mal ”

“The atmosphere at this hotel is very cozy and pleasant. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful and good. I stayed with my husband and son for two nights, and we really enjoyed it.”

“Excelente desayuno. Habitaciones confortables y limpias. Buena atención. ”

“Personal muy amable ”

“La habitación estaba sucia. Debajo de la cama había caramelos y restos de papeles. El baño tenía bañera, pero no tenía alcachofa, por lo que no te podías duchar. La insonorización es nula; la habitación está comunicada con la de al lado con una puerta endeble.”

This created a highly anxious and unsafe environment, forcing us to wedge a chair...

“Nice, quaint place to stay. Rooms are nicely updated. The location is the best in downtown Truckee - walk to everything. No televisions, which we found to be relaxing. So much else to do in town. The owner Dave is installing a wine bar in the lobby, which will be great for wind-down!”

“La ubicación muy buena Pero el lugar con pésimo mantenimiento Almohadas manchadas Alfombra sucia y rota Nos dio muy mal aspecto ”

“Clean and well maintained property. Good value for the cost. We ran into a minor issue and the owners were responsive and helpful. Family friendly for older children. Pet friendly.”

“The area was even more wooded than I was expecting. Beautiful area and quiet neighborhood.”

“Super convenient Northstar village location! Covered parking was a plus for us as we had 2 days of snow. Unit was clean and well stocked with portable AC, humidifier, dishes, utensils, coffee, tea, seasoning, food storage bags etc. Mini-fridge and microwave were perfect for our needs. Avantstay support was easily reached by text and phone. ”
