“Clean spacious room, looks nice, there was a little “kitchen” and fridge with milk/ cerials to use. Location at Prom was nice being in the center of town. Not so nice; room at 3rd floor with no elevator and heavy bags. We hoped for a nice view on the Prom, but for that you had to stand up at the window to look down from this attic room. After 8am no longer free parking so you need to set the alarm and go down to pay before breakfast.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Old Bank Flat. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with two bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds. The living area was also comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic, with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was lovely, although the bath may be a little awkward to get in and out of if you are shorter. The location is excellent — right in the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water, with plenty of good pubs, cafés, restaurants and shops nearby....

“We booked though Expedia, but Expedia didn't send any details to us (either by email or text) to enable us to gain access into the property. We were on the street for 30 minutes, having to try to get some progress using Expedia's 'Automated Assistant' - but, ironically, this 'assistant' proved to be no assistance whatsoever, We were then fortunate in that two guests came out of Reception, so we were able to get into the building where we found Mansley's contact number.
