“Easy experience checking in, great clean room, was worried it might be busy right by the petrol station and a busy road, but hardly any noise at all! Comfortable nights sleep in a great location just a few minutes walk from the city centre, mailbox, O2 Academy, train station. Would definitely book again. Great value”

“A really pleasant stay. External building is very deceiving. Does need a lick of paint the rooms but they are clean and the beds are really comfy.”

“Struggled to find it at first but it was a lovely room, enjoyed being able to use the TV. Had 2 fans which was needed. When arrived back at the hotel late at night there was no room in the car park but a member of staff moved their car for us to be able to park. Only downside which staff cannot control it is very loud, right next to pubs. Banging all night and fire alarm randomly went off at 1am which gave us a bit of a fright.”

“I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues.”

“The Good, the Bad and then there is the lack of sleep… The good included the pleasant and friendly welcome and the service from the hotel's team throughout, plus the comfortable bed, the large TV and good Wi-Fi. The bad is down to the room that you are allocated; having stayed a couple of times, some rooms are more pleasant than others in terms of décor, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance. Wouldn't allow me access to the property and kept my money. I'm surprised Expedia allow unscrupulous operators like this in the platform.”
