My room was very clean and comfortable with a good variety of teas and coffee. There was a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a safe if required. Hotel clean & in good condition, room spotless and comfortable check in very friendly and efficient( checked in an hour early and parking complimentary).We were on the breakfast & evening meal included,evening meal was 3 course with several choices per course, we had french onion soup and spicy breaded prawns (both of which were delicious)and we both chose a spicy jamaican pizza which was enormous and I dont think I have ever had as much topping on a pizza neither of us could finish it and we couldnt manage dessert!.breakfast was really good too.The pool was good and a really nice temperature too!.All the staff we encountered in every department, reception, pool, bar, restaurant and housekeeping were all brilliant. Its a long time since I have stayed in a hotel where I could not fault anything.We were also impressed with Solihull and the area around the hotel.
