Very clean. Booked in for a week. Not hassled by usual hotel domestic staff to change towels etc. Only if asked did cleaners attend. Microwave / combi oven instructions were not clear, but I managed. Really comfortable bed, powerful shower.

Third time staying here, this time not as good as previously. When we get there we used the unloading bay which gives 10 minutes and advises you to ask the staff to extend with your number plate, the staff did not have the tablet available and said you only have 5 minutes whereas the sign said 10. We asked for late checkout, which we’ve previously been given however they said the complementary checkout is for those who book direct. Which is fine but for us Expedia customers it’s a slap in the face. The room it self had a problem with the AC, the lounge area was nice and cool but the room was not. The engineer goes this is how they’ve set it up at the master control. Which is not great for a heatwave. Towels were requested to be changed, and had to be chased up, fortunately the cleaning staff are friendly and made it happen. Overall it’s a decent hotel but no longer feels like the 4* it’s rated, treat it as a 3*. Parking with discount is still expensive.
