“En general estuvo bien, la habitación estaba cómoda, la zona no parece ser muy buena, pero se consigue comida en la noche, estación de metro a 4 calles. Tal vez podrían variar en el desayuno, no solo cereal, waffles, jugo y café!!!”

“Homeless enters easily to the hotel and try to open the rooms (the rooms are so near from the reception) thus screams and fights can be heard. They never cleaned the room even we requested 4 times (we stayed aprox 8 nights) so you can imagine the quantity of accumulated garbage, the usage of just one toilet, 1 paper toilet, 1 mini shampoo and conditioner for all the stay. The water for taking a shower was cold. The access card needs to be renewed everyday so you got to make a line and wait in...

“El desayuno es sólo muffins y café, no hay más. El personal, se ve muy infeliz y agobiado y lo transmite en su trato. El hotel huele terrible. No hay personal en la recepción las 24 horas. ”

“At night the wall started to vibrate a loud noise and turns out it was the wash machine but it was SO loud we couldn’t sleep. The room is street level and you could hear EVERYTHING. The check out was at 11am and at 9 they opening the door without knocking or mentioning “house keeping” and there are no second lock to lock the door… Not safe at all.”

“Room was very clean and beds are excelent (matresses and lining). Attendants like D'Anera were always in a good mood and held our luggage very kindly. Breakfast opened late (half an hour late, once) but other than this, me and my daugjter felt very welcomed. i will definitely will be back. Thank you!”
