The staff was genuinely friendly. The folks in the breakfast area were especially so! The coffee may have been the best in a hotel we have ever had. The breakfast was hot and was replenished quickly. Property is in a great location in Times Square and the staff are great. The complimentary breakfast is okay, if you miss it for that extra 15 minutes in bed you'll be okay. It does get crazy once 7:30/8am roll around so be sure to go down early. Great use of space in the rooms.

The Breakfast was amazing, Great selection and the food taste Good Parking was good, there is a parking lot around the corner. The only thing that could have made the Parking better was if it was validated when You stayed in the Hotel. The room was a little small but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.
