The details, however, are largely overlooked - the bathmat is gross, the one-shag covers for the surround on the round bed have not likely been cleaned or have been cleaned poorly so they're matted, the blankets on the beds are VERY thin. “The location is good - close to lots of fast food places & shopping centres. Free parking. The sheets didn't look clean, there was only 1 thin towel in the bathroom with a tiny soap bar for amenities. They did give us more cheap towels & soap when we asked. The toilet bowl had a ring inside - looks like it wasn't cleaned in weeks. We had to sanitize everything before we could touch anything. “Very disappointing and unsafe experience. I booked a room with a king-size bed. From the outside, the hotel looked fine, but when we entered the room, we were shocked. There was a strong cigarette smell, a dirty floor, exposed electrical sockets, and a large hole in the bathroom ceiling. The room clearly did not look ready or safe for guests.
