“The room was good. The amenities were good. The check in was awesome. The guy checking people in was amazingly efficient. We got off the ferry late and tired There were loads of people checking in and we expected a long wait, but the man at the counter was awesomely efficient so there was virtually no wait. I was not fond of the way they do breakfast. The food was good, but you have to ask for each item.”

“A charming place by the water Because of some miscommunication we only stayed one night out of our planned 4 days but not their fault and they went over and above to make sure we were refunded from Expedia. Next time book direct. We will certainly stay next trip to Rupert to visi family ”

“This is a very nice hotel. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and large. It had an elevator which was nice for a 3 floor hotel. It is on the main road from the ferry to town which makes it convenient for those traveling that way. We would definately recommend this hotel to our friends.”
