I liked the room we stayed in which was city view, the bed was comfortable, and the view was pretty. But the parking lot is noisy at night and the room doors slam shut so feel like I woke up a few times due to noise. We asked for a late check out and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was great for breakfast, beautiful view of the ocean.

Fabulous room. Comfortable and warm and lovely. Property is clean and well maintained. I loved that the shower amenities are from an indigenous owned company. Well done! The restaurant and lounge had excellent food. The smashed potatoes at breakfast were the best I’ve ever had. The seafood chowder was also very delicious. And a nice little happy hour as well.

The hotel is great, but the beds are so horrible. Worst sleep I have ever had. The room was hot, the mattress so soft that it slopes down to the head board and if your too close to the edge you may fall off. The pillows are huge and made for a giant's neck. The TV old school cable. I wouldn't stay again. Although the hotel and staff overall is fantastic, I'm paying for somewhere to sleep and that was the one thing we couldn't get.

The room was clean but many parts of the hotel is aging or not working properly. Door is not easy to close properly. Lights by the bed side table are not working. Extension cord by the bedside table also not working. The first room we were in, the sink plug got stuck and would not drain. Front desk asked if I need to use the sink as maintenance had gone home and can look at it next day!!! Really? Eventually she managed to find me another room and all was good. Btw, the light and extension cord by the bedside in the 2nd room also did not work. Overall, the hotel is clean but seems to have a lot of problems. The staff all have a bit of a tired of hearing about it, but can't do anything about it attitude. Although, they still try to put on a smile. The hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable. But over priced given how most of the things all seem to have problems or cheaply patched to get by.

The bed was comfortable, and clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner as there was hair left in the shower, but was otherwise OK. The door was difficult to close, and when we left we would need to check the door to ensure it was locked. Staff was kind and efficient.

I have travelled many times to Prince Rupert and that was my first experience with Crest. Although it’s the most expensive hotel ( by far) in PR, I had a few issues with my room: - the plumbing was very noisy, and I couldn’t sleep very well . I am not sure

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well.The bathroom was really small,you had to close the door to get at the toilet paper.The water pressure in the shower was little to none but made do with what was there.We had supper and breakfast there and everything went well and the food was really good.The waitress worked really hard and did a wonderful job for us and that was nice.
