Checked in late off the Inside Passage Ferry. Staff were ready for the influx of customers. Room was clean and cozy. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, coffee terrible but a Tim Hortons nearby. Parking is limited but on street parking nearby was close and easily seen from hotel. Staff was very helpful and polite.

We stayed at the Inn over the Thanksgiving weekend after taking the Via Skeena train. Our train was delayed by several hours and we were very grateful that the Inn accommodated our late arrival. Check-in was warm and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and has a good location overlooking the ocean. Ocean-view rooms command a slightly higher rate, but the view is exceptional. Our rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast service offered a range of options, including healthy choices.
