“Hemos estado una noche en una habitación con una cama doble y un sofa cama individual, perfecto para 2-3 personas. La estancia ha sido buena, la habitación tiene vistas al río y al puente. Opción muy recomendable para cortas estancias en la ciudad. La atención en recepción ha sido estupenda en todas las horas y dudas que hemos tenido. Hemos desayunado un buffet tipo inglés per 11€ approx.”

“Check in process at the hotel was quick and easy and the apartment was really nice. Location really convenient, most places are walkable but right next to the metro if not. Would definitely return ”

“Really lovley area, check-in was easy and Jay was nice enought to let us drop our bags early so we could explore newastle. Of note, due to train strikes 2 of our trains were canceled or skipped the Cramlington stops so keep an eye on that if you make any appointments that rely on public transport.”

“Im using this hotel more and more. Its not huge so best book ahead and also evening meal time can get busy. Very good buffet breakfast if your flight allows you to have it.”

“Basically a dorm room. TV didn’t work. Shower drain didnt work. The bed was awful. Noises construction outside the window. Construction workers looking into the room. I would not call this a VIP anything”

“The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.”
