“This is the by far the best guest house I have ever stayed in. Ian & Fiona are so welcoming and friendly. The house is in an ideal location and is peacefully quiet, also with on site parking behind an electronic gate. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.”

“The room was compact but very comfortable. It was spotless and very well appointed, with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and even a standing fan. The location is perfect, close to everything you might need. The pub downstairs serves great food too. Even though it's above a pub, there was no noise at all, and I slept very well. Definitely a room for a solo traveller though! ”

“Becky is an amazing host, met us on our arrival to make sure we were happy with everything or had any questions and helped with bags! Our stay was very enjoyable - seclusion of camping with the luxury of hot showers and the outdoor bath. Our kids loved the hammock. Baby cows in the field made it for us! Easy ramble to village store/cafe and two pubs.”

“Nice quiet location that is centrally placed to visit all the tourist spots of East Sussex. Enormous grounds of the main house to explore and walk. Probably not suited for wheelchair users due to floor differences between bedroom/lounge area and kitchen and bathroom. ”
