Great central location with easy on site parking. Excellent value for money including a great full English breakfast. Despite having booked a double room, check in staff helpfully reallocated us a twin accessible room on the ground floor as I’m currently on crutches. All staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our short stay.

Large hotel in a good place for walking into town but in need of a full overhaul. Very dated and tired,shabby looking. Breakfast was well cooked but no fresh fruit available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is parking but would imagine if the hotel was busy the spaces would be taken up. Wasn’t expensive but wouldn’t stay again . No lift and we are in our late sixties early seventies and found having to walk up many flights of stairs to our room was very exhausting.

We had a wonderful time here. The hotel was in a very good location, easy walking distance from the town. We had a lovely twin room, which was very warm. We were greeted by a lovely lady, but all staff were great. The breakfast was delicious. We would go back.
