“We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection. A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. “Good location, quiet and ideal for a base for Birmingham. Good restaurant and bar, with a nice room. Our stay coincided with a heatwave and unfortunately a lack of aircon in the room but would only be a downside because of extreme heat that week.”
