A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. “A lovely hotel. Further from where I needed to be re Kings Norton but thankfully I had friends nearby and the taxis were reasonable. The staff were lovely.”
