“The room was considerably nicer than expected. It was newly renovated and super clean. The bed was comfortable with plump pillows, the fridge clean and cold. I appreciated the room's multiple lighting options and the posh adjustable lighted bathroom mirror. While near a high-traffic intersection and 24/7 gas station, the room was quiet and the blackout panel kept outside light from the room. It was a very comfortable stay- thank you and hope to see you again soon!”

“They offer breakfast that was supposed to be included but not. The breakfast was very poor pancakes old, as well as bagels. Kids was supposed to eat free but the charge for my son. Expensive breakfast very poor quality. The receptionist doesn’t know about activities around the hotel. 0 customer service. Never cone bank.”

“My stay at this hotel was very good. Everything was clean, organized, and the staff was very attentive. The included breakfast was fine not anything “wow,” but it did the job and was appreciated. Overall, a positive experience.”

“Todo super bueno”

“They charge you for WiFi, which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Mediocre restaurant. Unkept gym. Old and unappealing rooms. Only positive is the very friendly staff at the front desk. ”

“El hotel no cuenta con servicios para discapacitados, la habitación estaba en un segundo piso y no tenía elevador, nos dieron una habitación en primer piso pero con diferentes características, además el hotel no brindó servicios adicionales durante la tormenta de nieve”

“Excellent,five star 👍”
