This is an older motel but It is kept up meticulously. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this motel for an overnight stay. It is very convient to the highway also.

A clean room and friendly staff are the two things I want from an economy hotel, and White Oaks was excellent with both. The front desk staff was very nice on check in - quick, pointed us to our room, told us about local food options - and the room was already air-conditioned during a heat wave. Staff remade beds and replaced soaps daily. The room was down to the "details". Very satisfied with my stay and would go again if I was in the area.

Have stayed here numerous times and always find it agreeable. The place is kept clean and the area feels safe. Staff is professionally courteous and unobtrusive. The rooms have refrigerators and microwaves, wifi and the customary tv, the beds are comfortable and the ac or heat has never been an issue. The room rate is probably the biggest attraction, but places this affordable are typically not so good. Pennsville/Carney's Point is not vibrant or anything, yet is interesting enough to poke around in. The Deepwater Diner is a 3 minute drive from the motel and a good place to eat. Other eating options are available close at hand, mostly fast food variety.

Clean, good staff, Quiet. Comfortable bed. The only issue is one I've found is almost universal at this price: poor internet service that is slow. Trying to do load even basic news pages, not streaming, is a slow process. Other than that, very good and I'd stay there again.

For the price it’s a good deal. Parking plentiful, Checkin efficient, AC works fine, overhead light over one bed not functioning and dead bolt not functioning (safety concern). The parking area well lit. The microwave was clean and worked well. Location excellent for access to major highways.

We stayed one night while visiting family and loved White Oaks. It is our second time staying here and it is a very convenient location, it is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. I do wish the room had a lamp for some dimmer light though. The overhead lights can be very bright at night when you’re trying to wind down for sleep. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.
