Had to complain about the room including air con not working properly and then having to change rooms. Two rooms offered still had problems so not acceptable. Room accepted had very loose shower rail and soap dispenser had fallen off but all fixed. Clearly maintenance problems in the hotel. Decorating appeared a bit sad and some updating would help. Staff very friendly and helped as much as possible. Breakfast a plus.

Hotel is located in a safe and heavily trafficked area. Lots of restaurants around and next door to a small shopping mall. Staff is friendly. Rooms are cleaned, comfortable and air conditioned. The cookies given at check-in are yummy. When you book, make sure your breakfast is included. I thought I booked my room to include breakfast, but staff said I hadn’t and the breakfast buffet was $19.

We always love to stay at Hilton. All was fine except I think the room could have been a little cleaner which is what I am use too. Just a bit of advice to make sure rooms are clean. Otherwise main lobby and restaurant clean. Staff friendly and food in restaurant was good!

Check in went smoothly -the staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room and bath, good water pressure and hot water, comfy bed - these are my priorities and the room had them all. One pleasant surprise was that the tv and remote worked right away without weird logins or crazy directions. I didn’t know that could exist in a hotel room !
