Chalets en West Tisted

“Clean bedroom and bathroom. Public areas not so much. When we arrived late afternoon there were empty beer bottles in the corridor near our bedroom, old, dirty, cutlery outside another, on another floor. Room service plates etc outside another. These were there still the next day at check out. Staff were not overly personable on reception either, no info. given about leisure centre on check in - would have been helpful to know swim school runs on a Saturday morning! On check out when dropping...

“The location was excellent 👍 Very quiet and breakfast was delicious.”

“todo muy bien”

“A lovely gem in the country. Great for walker. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room and it was sorted - no fuss. The food was excellent and great selection for breakfast. Well worth a visit. 👍”

“Hotel correcto”

“Another great stay at this fine establishment. No suite this time but a nice room all the same. Got a great workout at the hotel gym followed by an invigorating shower. A full night's sleep was followed by a wonderful breakfast spread. The hotel is within distance of several dining options. Look forward to another stay here.”

“My second stay here and it surpassed the high bar set by my previous stay. Got checked in by the manager who had just started there. I got a really nice room with a very high finish in décor which instantly put me in a relaxed mood. After finishing my admin, I went on the same 1 hour walk using the same route which takes me through the town centre. It is such a lovely town to walk around. The shower was amazing and allowed me to settle in for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was so much better...

“We have stayed here a couple of times , they go above and beyond to make it a pleasant stay, they also include an excellent breakfast plus another nice touch is the tipple in the room ,”

“We had a studio apartment - it was for one night only pre cruise - wish it had been longer. A very comfortable room With amenities. We also had the most delicious meal in the restaurant and if you are a hotel guest then you get 15% off the bill. There was water in the fridge and tea coffee on offer. Will deffo stay here again pre cruise!”
