“This is located in downtown Staunton and it’s a great location. The parking is shared with other businesses and residences and can be challenging if arriving in the evening. This is not a place for anyone with mobility issues. Lots of stairs. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The tv was small and in a sitting room with two less than ideal chairs. There was no ice available. The HVAC worked well. The WiFi did not. The breakfast was serviceable but nothing special. The staff was...

“Pro tip: don't try to find this place in the dark! We were lucky to find someone who could point out the street to us. Little to no GPS or cell service in the area so download your directions and room info ahead of time. Inn was lovely. Beautifully restored and maintained. Breakfast was self-serve and adequate. Rooms were beautiful and beds were comfy. We had a little trouble finding our rooms due to the lack of cell service so couldn't pull up the email. Had to wake up the poor owner at 10 at...

“Property surrounding house is lovely. We were drawn to the pet friendly aspect and the B&B atmosphere. House itself is smaller than it looks in photo. Everything was clean but interior looks tired. Our bathroom in Magnolia Room had peeling paint and tub didn't hold water. Continental breakfast was adequate but compared to breakfasts at other B&Bs, it was unremarkable. B&B located close to downtown and within easy drive to Appomattox Courthouse National Park.”
