“Calico Jack's in a hidden gem in Belize! You really feel like you are in the jungle on their lush grounds. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they clearly care about their guests. We loved the activities they offer, such as the zip lining only a 10 min walk from our room. Be sure to stay for breakfast and order the Stuffed Fry Jacks, they were the best we had in Belize! “Monkey Falls was set in a lovely location right in the jungle. It was quiet and relaxing. We were shown around Rod’s farm which was very interesting. The kitchen makes lovely home made food, including breakfast, which we ate every day. Tours can easily be booked from there and they will pick you up. It’s a short taxi ride from town. All in all a nice place to stay if you want to relax and you like jungle and wildlife.”
