We had a wonderful stay at Falling Leaves. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It truly felt like we were staying right in the middle of the forest, surrounded by nature. The pool was peaceful and tranquil, perfect for relaxing, and the restaurant was excellent. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Very kind and helpful! Right next door to Cahal Pech so ruins are within steps from the hotel property. The food was great! Breakfast and dinner especially the lobster 5 stars! All staff was helpful and friendly! Loved Genesis and Paula was there anytime we needed her. The pool and hot tub were beautiful! The property in itself is beautiful and natural. My bag broke when I arrived and they fixed it for me asap.

What a lovely place to stay, and what great service! Under Paula's stellar leadership, the staff was terrific. Got great advice about things to do, better than what was in the guidebooks. The room was spacious and comfortable and the food was good, We enjoyed the quiet pool under beautiful trees, where we sae an agouti scampering by. It's in town, but up a hill, so it's convenient but has a nice view over the valley. On-site parking was convenient and secure. It's literally next door to the Cahal Pech Mayan site, which we got to tour that almost by ourselves.

The landscaping of this property is amazing and the pool was great. You get to see animals, birds, and plants native to the area. All the staff was friendly and the on site restaurant had great food and drinks. The Cahel Pech ruins is this resorts neighbor so you can walk right to it. Be mindful, it is on top of a steep hill. I highly recommend and would return.

Falling Leaves is a beautiful resort! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hammock on the patio looked over a koi pond and was close to the river. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious restaurant for several meals. Great service and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this lovely oasis!

This lodge is perfectly located within walking distance of San Ignacio town a right next to Cahal Pech Mayan site. It is a very lush and green jungle themed lodge with different areas to sit and relax outdoors. The rooms are luxurious and immaculately clean. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The pool is the perfect size for the lodge and seldom overly busy. Paula did everything she could to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable.

This is a great location, very peaceful. Nice to have a restaurant on site. They were very accommodating given that we had early morning tours. They fed us a tad earlier than they typically open. They were very helpful with everything. The location is uphill from town so we would walk down and take a $5 cab ride back up after dinner. The food at the restaurant was good. Lots of breakfast options.
